Vyacheslav Nichik is an Odessa-based guitarist, composer, and founder of the band SHRED Method. He performs in clubs, stadiums, and festivals, and is also the author of instrumental programs in the genres of modern rock and shred metal.

In his live performances, he uses between 9 and 14 electric guitars of various shapes and characteristics, as well as acoustic instruments. He utilizes common tunings (Eb, C#, Drop D, Drop C-build, Double Drop D-build, Open D-build, Open C-build, Open G-build) and their variations, as well as frequencies of 440 and 432 Hz.

Over the course of his career, Nichik has amassed a collection of over 37 guitars, primarily Dean, including the exclusive Heaven and Hell series with airbrushed finishes and inlaid fretboards. He uses between 8 and 14 instruments live, choosing a specific guitar for each song. Among his guitars are the Mihael Amott Tyrant SPLATER, Razerback Skull Lefty, Dimebag Black Bolt ML, ML 79 Floyd, Dean Match 7, Dean Razorback Explosion Rewoned, Dime Razorback Matt Heafy MKH Rising Sun, and Vantage FV-575 Japan 1980s Flying.

His equipment includes Marshall JSM 800 2303 KK, JSM 2000, and JSM 2000 DSL 401 amplifiers.                                                                                       All albums ("Example", "Example 2") and singles ("SHRED METHOD", "Tribute to Dimebag Darrell", "Blues", "Prelude C major") are published by the independent label Vyacheslav Nichik Records.
